Clinical Supervisor - Pharmacy

Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Supervisor! In this role, you will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, including workflow management, staffing, orientation, training, and caregiver development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration: Promote and support a collaborative team approach to patient care Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the safe and appropriate use of medications and maintain department operations that meet all regulatory requirements Pharmaceutical Care Services: Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including drug information, distribution, and clinical pharmacy services, with knowledge spanning from neonates to geriatrics Technology & Systems Management: Support and manage pharmacy technologies and systems in collaboration with informatics and medication safety teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License 2 years applicable pharmacy practice

Preferred Qualifications:

PharmD
