This posting is Full-time, First Shift, Monday - Friday.

Position Details

The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to counselors, interns, and assigned staff while assisting with the optimal flow of clinical operations. This individual's responsibilities will also include:       

Interview, hire, train, and support a staffing level to meet program needs; and coaches' supervisors to interview for their staff. Develop and enhance employee competence and effectiveness by providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to adhere to department and Merakey policies and procedures. Develop and demonstrate a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey Core Values. Provide weekly supervision, bi-weekly team meetings, and work on professional development with assigned staff. Attend internal and external meetings as assigned. Assist with the development of evidence-based practices Assist Persons in Recovery daily when the counselor is unavailable or unable to assist.
