Clinical Supervisor - School Based

Position:  BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor of Kidz Educational Services

Details about this opportunity: 

Location: Westchester – School based Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm   Compensation: $75,000-$85,000

**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**

Responsibilities: 

Works closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Directors and VP of the company to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives. Provides oversight of BTs including hiring, managing, training and mentoring. While managing scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members. Provides mentoring, training, and competency assessments as necessary. Work closely with service coordinators and school district personnel to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.  Collaborates with Assistant Directors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees Monday-Friday (flexible daytime hours) - 35 hours weekly Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, attend CSE meetings, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors Participate in collaborative team meetings clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals Travel required throughout Nassau Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, attend CSE meetings, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors and more! 

About You: 

If you have these attributes: 

Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and therapists  High value and understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the ability to apply these practices  Sterling values, high integrity   Excellent oral and written communication skills  Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality  Excellent time management/organizational skills  Act with humility and grace  Empathetic & considerate of others  Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment 

 

  

And this background: 

Minimum of a master’s degree in one of the following: Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services  BCBA/ LBA preferred.  Minimum of (1) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral disorders.  Experience with electronic data collection services.   Bilingual is a plus.
