Spurwink is looking to hire a dedicated and passionate clinical supervisor to join the SHIFA Me team in Lewiston\/York counties. Our ShifaMe team works with immigrant and refugee children and their families providing Clinical and Care Coordination services utilizing the evidence based model Trauma Systems Therapy adapted for Refugees (TST-r). The ideal candidate will have experience working with immigrant and refugee children and families, will be highly organized, will have excellent interpersonal skills, and will be open, curious and flexible. Previous training in TST-r is not a requirement for applicants.\n

DUTIES:\n
The Clinical Supervisor will be trained in Trauma Systems Therapy adapted for Refugees (TST-r) and will provide weekly clinical supervision to ShifaMe Clinicians and Care Coordinators\/Cultural Brokers utilizing the evidence based model. On-going TST-r supervision and consultation will be provided to the supervisor to develop their skills in the model. The supervisor will support the team with documentation, caseloads, as well as managing the fast paced nature of the Clinical or Care Coordination\/Cultural Broker role. The supervisor will be comfortable doing diagnostic assessments and joining meetings in various locations (schools, homes, community). The supervisor will assist with implementing and supporting staff with SHIFA school group curriculum. \n
QUALIFICATIONS:\n
The supervisor must be licensed in the State of Maine with an LCSW or LCPC. \n
