Clinical Supply Chain Manager

Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Clinical Supply Chain Manager for their Thousand Oaks, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Plan, schedule, and execute updates to the MES through SAP, including SMART BOMs and standardization components.
+ Responsible for driving BOMs revision and resource loading requirements
+ Monitor and verify the success of updates, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly post-update.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after updates.
+ Maintain detailed records of update activities, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
+ Provide training and support to staff on new features or changes resulting from updates.
+ Participate in steering meetings and act as a liaison.
Requirements:
+ SAP/ Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience
+ Ability to work independently
+ Ability to follow written directions and understand criticality of work
+ Doctorate Degree
+ OR
+ Master’s degree and 3 years of Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience
+ OR
+ Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience
+ OR
+ 10 years of Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience
+ Proven experience in managing and executing system updates.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Familiarity with update management tools and software.
+ Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.
+ Knowledge of specific software or systems used by the company.
+ Doctorate degree or Master degree and 3 years of experience or Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience or Associate degree and 10 years of experience or high school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience and previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
