Completes performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions. • Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. • May participate in direct delivery of care depending on patient census Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** High school diploma or GED required. 1 year of experience required **LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:** • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
