Job Title: Clinical Systems Manager
Job Description

This hybrid role requires up to 60% onsite support, with flexibility depending on the team's workload. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The role demands extensive technical Laboratory IS/IT knowledge to support the deployment and maintenance of Laboratory systems such as LIMS and Electronic Smart Labs.

ResponsibilitiesProvide validation and change management support for Laboratory systems deployment.Manage system administration activities for Laboratory systems deployment.Provide technical guidance on Laboratory IS/IT requirements.Provide incident management support as required.Support Laboratory application performance monitoring and label printing issues.Identify technical/operational gaps and propose solutions.Execute QC computer system validation and support/administer the systems when live in the production environment.Develop, write, edit, and format materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Practices, forms, technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation.Administer the processing of documents via the established Document Processing Review process.Communicate through a variety of media, including intranet and online training.Essential SkillsAt least 10 years of functional experience in Laboratory IS/IT.Experience in leading Laboratory IS/IT projects.Experience with managing Laboratory IS/IT change controls within an eQMS.Proficiency in MS Office.Previous technical writing experience.Experience in a regulated environment.Document version control experience.Excellent communication and writing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsDoctorate Degree or Master Degree with 3 years of clinical experience.Bachelor Degree with 5 years of clinical experience.Associate Degree with 10 years of clinical experience.High school diploma/GED with 12 years of clinical experience.Experience with SampleManager LIMS, Labware LIMS, and Lab Vantage LIMS (nice to have).Work Environment
