Clinical Team Leader Job Details Level Experienced Job Location Redwood - Burlington County, NJ Position Type Full Time Education Level Graduate Degree Job Shift Any Clinicians provide individual, group and family therapy in a residential placement. Case Management is also required. Guides all Clinical treatment along with treatment team. Completes treatment plans, Clinical notes, and all Clinical Documentation. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members. Hours: Full Time, flexible This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes: *Flexible work hours *Some remote work opportunities *Supervision provided *CEUs provided and paid for.
