**Clinical Training Manager**
**Remote Clinical Training Manager - Open to Nationwide Applicants**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with Program Management, Clinical Teams and leads the Training team to effectively understand and address training needs.
+ Ensure the training department actively supports organizational and program Quality Management Activities
+ Participates in the Quality and Training Committee
+ Develop content and assist in the production of training material and videos or multimedia products and learning management systems in collaboration with other SGS colleagues, as applicable.
+ Serves as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on training development, tools and methods to help address corporate training needs.
+ Collaborate with the Quality Management team to evaluate Contractor performance data to identify group and/or individual training needs on an ongoing basis.
+ Ensure all colleagues and contractors receive appropriate training when there are policy and procedural changes.
+ Prepare and conduct corrective action training when it is determined to be necessary.
+ Prepare and administer a FECA knowledge assessment to establish colleague competency prior to beginning case assignments.
+ Organize and prepare training materials and/or educational programs for Colleagues and Contractor FNs and RCs, utilizing information and training materials provided by and/or approved by FECA.
+ Work with the Contract Manager, QCA and Federal Program Managers, to determine the additional training needs on a group or individual basis. Maintain records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness (i.e., reduction in specific errors or omissions, adherence to guidance).
+ Maintain and enhance training curriculum.
+ Review existing or developing new documentation, reference guides, training manuals, and other training material as may be required, and in coordination with FECA.
+ Maintain training records for individual employees.
+ Works with the Contract Manager, QCA and Federal Program Managers, to provide training to the Contract FN/RC’s when a policy and/or procedure changes, or a significant need has been identified. The scope of the training will be identified at the time of assessment (i.e., newer staff, all staff).
+ Responds to colleague and contractor inquiries on routine issues, such as procedures for reports, routine plan development requirements, timeframes for specific actions, or requirements for work products, which have already been provided to the Contractor.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
+ Advanced Practitioner or Master's Degree, preferred
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in education or training & development and evaluation as nurse case manager, vocational rehabilitation counselor or in a workers compensation claims environment
+ Federal Government Program experience preferred
+ Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, strong analytical skills in interpreting data, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
+ Must be well organized, efficient, and able to work independently and within a team
+ Responsible for having reliable High-Speed Cable or Fiber Optic Internet service and Internet Router in established home office
+ Must have Excellent Communication Skills via Phone, E-Mail, Text, Verbal, Documentation Skills, ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports
+ Prior to training candidates must be able to pass a preliminary credit and background check
+ The ability to obtain and maintain public trust federal security clearance(s)
+ Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and onsite training.
