​​The Clinical Trial Business Analyst & Project Coordinator role is a key part of our central team providing support to Principal Investigators (PIs) and research study teams who are focused on mission-critical clinical trials programs. ​The role is responsible for systems analysis, workflow design, testing, solutions configuration & development,  reporting  and project coordination supporting a wide range of functions, including clinical trial start-up and trial operations. This is a high-growth opportunity and provides exposure to innovative and complex clinical trials in an academic setting. 

 

This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.

Responsibilities ​​Assist in systems analysis, workflow design and implementation for targeted process improvements related to clinical trials.​Organize work into task lists, support the development of project plans and support leadership in coordinating meetings and keeping high quality minutes and other documentation.​Deeply understand clinical trial start up and management workflows and help identify workflow improvements based on trends noted in data.​Maintain thorough documentation of business requirements, testing activities and help draft workflow related communications.​Assist in the development of data collection procedures to support dashboard development.​Ensure report and data presentation quality by performing quality control reviews, and investigating and resolving data discrepancies.​ Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

​​Bachelor’s Degree in math, science, business, or related field or equivalent experience​3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis in a healthcare setting​Highly reliable and detail oriented​Excellent communication (written and oral), customer service, collaboration, problem solving and interpersonal skills​Experience using Excel pivot tables or other analytical tools​Ability to work with ambiguity, and move forward effectively in a fast-paced project environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

​​Hands-on experience using workflow management tools such as Zendesk, Smartsheet, and Tableau Knowledge of clinical trials management systemsKnowledge of EHR systems​Understanding of clinical research operations

The annual base salary range for this position is from $77,976 to $102,211, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
