As a Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Develop marketing campaigns, and advertisement materials to recruit new subjects for the Clinical Subject Database.Ensure Sponsor and IRB approval prior to placement of advertisements. Conduct the informed consent process according to FDA regulations and GCP guidelines. Conduct subject screening exams to determine eligibility of potential subjects. Accurately record screening data into the Clinical Trial Management System database. Track and report subject recruitment metrics monthly. Monitor, track and adjust digital campaigns to reach recruitment enrollment's full potential. Assist with subject and study scheduling when needed. Assist the investigators as required per protocol to facilitate clinic flow at ARC.  Qualifications

You are:

 

Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceCreative thinkerPatient recruitment experienceClinical trial experience/Opthamology experience
