Job Description
Our Clinical Trials Specialist will play a key role in supporting Clinical Study Leads with the execution of global clinical trials. This includes both internally sourced studies and those outsourced to CROs. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and presentation materials, compiling study manuals, and managing the eTMF. Furthermore, the Specialist will track site activation, monitor updates, and assist with clinical trial registry postings. The role also involves contributing to line listings review for BDRM, managing or overseeing Third Party Vendors (TPV), and participating in departmental initiatives and SOPs revisions.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and some days remote.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will spend two days on-site either in Armonk, NY or Basking Ridge, but this is not a mandatory requirement. The work environment encourages a dress code of Business Casual.
