The Clinical Vendor Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing vendor contracts by incorporating the associated vendor budget and scope of work into standard contract templates and submitting them for vendor approval. The role involves reviewing contract documents for accuracy and technical completeness, composing, proofreading, editing, and preparing correspondence using MS Word. The administrator will manage the contract approval and execution process, document all required approvals, and manage and track vendor contracts and supporting documentation. Additional duties include documenting deviations from policies, assisting in secondary negotiations, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, handling confidential matters with discretion, and ensuring departmental content on SharePoint is updated. The administrator will also work on related projects and communicate with U.S. and international offices.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare vendor contracts by incorporating vendor budget and scope of work into standard templates
+ Submit contracts for vendor approval
+ Review contract documents for accuracy and technical completeness
+ Compose, proofread, edit, and prepare correspondence using MS Word
+ Manage the contract approval and execution process
+ Document all required legal and management authorizations
+ Manage and track vendor contracts and supporting documentation
+ Document deviations from policies, business processes, and standard operating procedures
+ Assist Director of Contracts in secondary negotiations
+ Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
+ Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
+ Ensure departmental and office content on SharePoint is monitored and updated
+ Work on related projects and update manager on status
+ Communicate with other U.S. and international offices

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Data analysis and presentation skills (advantage)
+ Process improvement and facilitation experience (advantage)
+ Experience with contracts, Docusign, and filing
+ Experience in clinical vendor contracts
+ 3+ years office/business/legal contract preparation experience
+ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Work Environment
The Clinical Vendor Contracts Administrator will work in a team environment and must communicate effectively with other U.S. and international offices. The role involves managing multiple projects and requires strong organizational and technical skills. The work environment includes the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research. The administrator will handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and contribute to process improvements and facilitation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
