*The qualified candidate will be placed into the appropriate job title (Sr. Clinician, Clinician, or Clinician Fellow) and salary grade based on years of experience and/or education*

 This position is eligible for a generous sign-on bonus! External candidates are eligible for $15,000 in exchange for a 2-year work commitment!

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Utilizes advanced clinical skills to ensure high-quality patient care. Accountable for the delivery of nursing care and shift management. Staff Development: Provides education, orientation, and training for staff. Assists with employee evaluations, hiring, and performance management. Mentorship & Coaching: Guides colleagues on cultural diversity and workplace issues. Acts as a preceptor for new and experienced nurses. Continuous Improvement: Applies performance improvement tools, integrates research and best practices, and shares knowledge across units. Patient Care: Ensures comprehensive documentation and effective communication with the healthcare team. Builds compassionate relationships with patients and families. Leadership & Expertise: Assumes formal leadership in areas such as quality improvement or onboarding. Demonstrates critical thinking and contributes to patient safety and satisfaction.
