Overview **This position is contingent upon contract award** SOSi is actively seeking a Clinician to join us in supporting our customer’s mission in California. The Clinician provides support to the Lead Clinician in ensuring quality clinical services for up to 1,100 non-citizen unaccompanied children (UC) in temporary care throughout our network of providers in compliance with applicable standards, policies, and procedures of HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and related government organizations. Essential Job Duties Support oversight of the provision of clinical services throughout the provider network. Provide training, feedback, best practices and clinical consultation to new or existing clinicians, provider organizations and/or teams as assigned. Facilitate collaboration between network providers, teams, clinicians, medical staff and others involved in the delivery of care and treatment. Support network providers and clinical teams with the information and resources necessary to understand and comply with all contractual requirements and licensing regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, service delivery, safety plans, ORR/State regulations and guidelines. Support network providers and clinical teams with the information and resources necessary to maintain professional capacity, therapeutic and cultural competence. Assist in the collection, review and presentation of established quality measures and outcomes in accordance with industry best practices, professional standards, therapeutic standards, and related contract performance indicators. Conduct and prepare for audits accordingly. Facilitate collaborative working relationships with all clinical staff, multidisciplinary teams, community partners, service providers, management, and staff to ensure the needs of the residents/children and program goals, objectives and services are being met at the highest quality. Always work within the established ethical boundaries. Other duties assigned. Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in social work with clinical experience in program, or master’s degree in psychology, sociology, or relevant behavioral science in which direct clinical experience was a program requirement, or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years clinical employment experience. Must be CA licensed or eligible for licensure. Must be knowledgeable of culturally and linguistically appropriate services and clinical issues related to complex trauma and human trafficking. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children and a variety of behavioral healthcare needs and treatment settings throughout the system of care in California is highly preferred. Knowledge and experience working with the US Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Children & Families, and the Office of Refugee Resettlement programs is preferred. Experience working with migrant and displaced populations is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with state licensing and national accreditation standards is preferred. Spanish English bilingual is preferred but not required. Work Environment Work in a fast-paced, professional environment with the ability to remain objective and effectively manage emotions. Work in diverse, multidisciplinary healthcare settings with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of clinical, support, administrative team members and government officials. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365, inside and outside, in all weather conditions. Travel throughout the U.S. as needed.
