Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver Personalized Clinical Services: Provide individual and family therapy through regular contact and home visits, ensuring each client receives tailored support.
+ Maintain Comprehensive Client Records: Produce detailed reports and documentation for third-party billing, licensing, and accreditation, adhering to established standards and deadlines.
+ Foster Strong Client Relationships: Maintain regular contact with clients and their families, supporting their needs through treatment planning, team meetings, and psychiatric reviews.
+ Collaborate on Treatment Goals: Work with clients, families, and collaterals to develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), regularly monitoring progress and facilitating team meetings.
+ Ensure Effective Communication: Keep in regular contact with TT&S workers, TM, and other case collaterals regarding client treatment and progress.
+ Provide Crisis Intervention: Collaborate with TT&S workers, TM, and supervisors to offer timely crisis intervention when needed.
+ Offer Clinical Oversight: Provide informal supervision and guidance to TT&S workers or TM on assigned cases.
+ Engage in Continuous Learning: Attend and participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on best practices and new developments.
+ Articulate Case Formulations: Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in case formulation, biopsychosocial assessments, and ITPs.
+ Build Therapeutic Relationships: Establish and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
+ Pursue Professional Development: Continuously develop your professional competency and make use of supervision to refine your clinical skills.
+ Provide On-Call Support: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to offer after-hours coverage.
+ Maintain Professional Licenses: If licensed, ensure all professional licenses and certificates, including CANS, are up to date.

Additional Qualifications:
+ Master’s Degree Required: Eligible for LICSW, LHMC, or other clinical licenses (license not mandatory).
+ No Vaccination Requirement: Does not need to be vaccinated.
+ Trauma-Informed Care: Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
+ Experience with At-Risk Populations: Previous experience working with at-risk populations.
+ Mental Health Knowledge: Strong understanding of mental health and human development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $62000.00
NCYF offers 2 weeks PTO, 1 week sick, 401k match and also has a massage room, walking trail and encourages employees to have work/life balance. They will reimburse employees for furthering their education and licenses
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Easthampton,MA.
