Salary Range: $54,000-$77,000
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Children’s Services Clinician

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Master’s Degree in a clinical field of study Current license (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health. 2+ years of direct service experience preferred Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that clearly outline and target treatment goals Knowledge of mental health, trauma, substance use, social work, and emotional/behavioral issues that impact children and their families Healthy communication skills that allow for honest feedback and clinical/professional discourse Ability to work well as both a self starter and a team player, and demonstrate flexibility and collaboration to meet client, program, and agency needs A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, dynamic, mission-driven team!
