Clinician - Early Episode Psychosis (EP)
     Early Episode Psychosis (EP) Clinician     Responsible for providing individual counseling and team services for young people who are eligible for FEP Services   Pay Rate starts at $30.00 per hour for license eligible Clinicians Higher rates for licensed & independently licensed Clinicians   Who You Are: The EP Clinician must be an experienced Master’s level, licensed preferred clinician with a demonstrated commitment to recovery-oriented services and shared decision making. Prior experience working with youth with mental illness and their families is preferred. In addition, the candidate will have a flexible schedule.  Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Must have strong documentation and clinical writing skills. Bilingual/ bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models preferred.   What You Will Do: Engages with all persons referred for services with an eye toward stabilization. Maintains a recovery orientation with shared decision making at its center. Works with each young person referred for services on Individual Resiliency Training and other EP required EBPs. In concert with the EP participant and caregivers, designs a treatment and recovery plan. Oversees the implementation of the treatment and recovery plan. Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and works with individual and caregivers to make changes, when indicated. Records all findings in myEvolv The EP Clinician, along with the rest of the team, attends all EP Learning Collaborative activities. Provides family education and training as appropriate. Participates in daily Team Meetings. Participates in weekly supervision. Offers Peer and SEE services to participants as appropriate. Provide ongoing safety assessment, planning and on-call crisis support that includes joining rotation of clinicians providing on-call telephonic support, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Conduct collateral contact with third parties on behalf of youth and family.  These can occur through face-to-face meetings, by phone, email, or other technology and/direct observation with school staff, pediatricians, or other formal or informal services and supports to the youth and their family.  The Clinician must obtain authorizations as needed. Coordinate services to assure that they are integrated and clinically coherent across all treatment providers and supports to the youth.  This includes coordinating continuity of approaches across providers, school, state agencies, and other supports.
