Conduct initial assessments for clients seeking mental health/co-occurring services. Develop treatment plans for clients with a range of mental health concerns. Provide individual, group, and family therapy services. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health. Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources. Program development and implementation of Family Program Supportive supervision for interns and staff in adolescent programming Ability to multi - task, organize & prioritize workload required Ability to make complex and time pressured decision making with high degree of accuracy.
