esponsibilities:
Provides direct clinical treatment to adults 18 and over including:
Diagnostic evaluations, urgent care assessment and intervention, treatment planning, individual, group, couples, and family therapy.Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.Participates as a member of the Open Access team.Maintains clients EMR following the standards of the clinic.Maintains productivity standard.Attends staff meetings as required including integrated care meeting.Attends administrative meetings and in-service trainings.Performs other related job duties as assigned.May provide clinical supervision to staff or interns.Respect diverse views and approaches, demonstrate Standards of Respect, and contribute to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.Qualifications:
Grade C12: Clinician III: Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Grade C16: Clinician IV: Master's degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist2 years’ experience providing behavioral health therapeutic services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring, or primary substance use conditions preferred.All candidates will be subject to a CORI review as outlined in the regulations set by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services.
