Under the direction of the Outpatient Community Services Program Supervisor for IBH and the Manager of Integrated Services, the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician is responsible for providing professional therapeutic mental health services and consultation to primary care health providers in conjunction with the associated hospital and\/or primary care site.\n
DUTIES:\n\nReview, screen, and process new client admissions in collaboration with Program Director and Medication Room Manager.\nWork collaboratively with the Associate Director in running team meetings.\nOversee the clinical care of the clients.\nConduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.\nFacilitate groups.\nMany opportunities to learn multiple treatment modalities (ACT, DBT, NVC, MI, and CPT).\n\n
QUALIFICATIONS:\n
Master's degree in social work, Psychology\/Counseling or Psychiatric Nursing and directly related experience providing outpatient counseling services. Minimally licensed at the LMSW-C, LCPC-C conditional level. LCSW licensure is strongly preferred; clinicians that are dually licensed as a CADC or LADC are also strongly preferred.\n
