We are seeking a dedicated and experienced clinician to oversee our fast-paced ambulatory endoscopy center, in compliance with the Department of Health (DOH) requirements. This full-time, on-site position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays.

The Clinician is a nurse leader who has direct responsibility in the achievement of a culture of excellence and patient care. The Clinician is a highly developed role model of professional nursing practice. Under the general direction of the Unit Director or other department manager, the Clinician will complete and deliver employee evaluations, conduct selection and hiring of staff, and manage the daily performance for a group of direct reports. The Clinician is responsible for providing service-based education and clinical expertise for staff including orientation and training, consultation on practice issues, and general coordination of clinical activities. Additionally, the Clinician may have shift accountability for delivering nursing care when needed.

 Oversee and manage staff and staffing needs Maintain all credentialing requirements for Ambulatory Surgery Center Maintain all requirements and regulations for continued AAAHC accreditation Maintain all regulatory requirements, certifications for DOH *Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. *Performs other duties as assigned.
