General Summary:

Join our dynamic team to revolutionize the Agiloft Contract Management Lifecycle (CLM) system! As a key player, you will identify, develop, and implement innovative process improvement initiatives that enhance data collection, system, and process performance. You will create scalable, efficient, and flexible business designs that seamlessly integrate people, processes, and systems. By measuring and reviewing data and performance metrics, you will proactively identify and resolve issues, driving solution deployment across the organization. Your role will also include comprehensive documentation and user training, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.

We are seeking a critical thinker with a strong focus on process design and optimization, with experience implementing simplified and automated solutions. You will be responsible for engaging a multitude of stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate with contract managers, attorneys, subject matter experts, IT teams, third party vendors, and cross-functional partners to provide tools, services and support that will increase efficiency and improve the productivity of Agiloft users globally and the business teams they work with. Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• 2+ years of Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related work experience.

• 1+ year direct experience with Agiloft or similar CLM system

• 1+ year of experience with analyzing complex data sets.

• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborates with business partners, system users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives for multiple parallel projects

· Develops business requirements, influences implementation direction of requirements, and provides alternative solutions based upon existing solutions and industry standards

· Translates business requirements into functional and/or system specifications and user stories including acceptance criteria, user interface mockups, and workflow diagrams

· Assesses and troubleshoots end user issues and change requests and meets or exceeds service-level expectations

· Facilitates effective and proactive communication with key stakeholders and end users with cooperation, tact, and diplomacy

· Presents system solutions, feature demos, or other technical information within and outside of team

· Executes and leads QA, integration and user acceptance testing and feature buyoff; including authoring and managing functional user testing scripts

· Handles out of the box configuration of Agiloft request forms, workflows and other features to match business requirements

· Runs reports and database queries to meet the needs of the business

· Creates and maintains operational support documentation

· Actively manages individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

· Conducts basic analysis to identify where a straightforward issue has occurred, with supervision

· Seeks learning opportunities within the industry and explores, evaluates and recommends new technologies and trends

Level of Responsibility:

• Works under close supervision. • Responsible for own work. Decision-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent. Errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct). • Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area. • Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department. Erroneous decisions, failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules and result in the re-allocation of some resources. • Tasks are generally simple in nature, consisting of limited number of steps and can easily be referenced using directions or manuals.

• Limited problem solving required, generally in the nature of troubleshooting simple processes or technology.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$28.58 - $42.86

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
