Job DescriptionUS Bank's European Corporate Trust business in Dublin is hiring!
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Dublin business, to join our expanding Middle Office team in Europe, to initially support key clients but with the scope to grow the MO offering for Europe and onboard further clients over time. The role will involve providing support across deal administration, reporting and analytics and also dealing with client queries and requests.
The reporting element of this role is key and as such we are hoping to find a candidate with direct reporting experience and preferably with CLO's, structured finance or Loans knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
Daily deal reconciliation and creation of daily client deliverables- loading and reconciling cash
- reviewing daily file and identifying breaks
- resolution of simpler breaks including identifying discrepancies using agent noticesResponsible for developing value added partnerships with Relationship Management and Deal Administration to assist in client deliverables and improving defining process and techniques to improve efficiency and deliveryField incoming client inquiries and providing updates as requestedResearch outages and work data breaks toward resolutionAssist with trade processing (loading pending trades, settling trades)Reconciliation of cash and Par for reporting
Specific Skills and Competencies Required:
The chosen candidate will have direct experience and knowledge of CLO’s as a product – the operational processes / reconciliations / reporting and CLO compliance - but we can also consider candidates from a fixed income / loans / broader derivatives backgroundCompliance with all policies and procedures at bank-wide and departmental levelsStrong problem solving skillsStrong communication skillsBuilding and maintaining partnerships both internally and externallyLegal documentation review skillsStrategic thinkingStrong decision makerCherrywood Office location#LI-SC1
