CLO Reporting Specialist
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: Our S&P Market Intelligence team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Analyst to support client deliverables within the Enterprise Solutions - Compliance Services group. This role focuses on managing client inquiries and providing support for our Compliance Services outsourcing platform. You will collaborate with various business lines to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with Service Delivery Managers and Account Specialists to maintain a client-focused approach. Responsibilities and Impact: Oversee and manage daily client deliverables, primarily for capital management firms. Perform routine reconciliation of key data points with trustees. Generate compliance test results, compare them to trustee reports, and investigate any discrepancies. Monitor cash collection, payment, and reserve accounts to ensure transactions are processed correctly. Respond to inquiries regarding collateral attributes and transactions, facilitating smooth resolution between internal teams. Participate in and contribute to special projects as needed. Compensation/Benefits Information: The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $51,289.00 to $91,872.25, depending on factors such as geographic location, experience level, skills, training, and certifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package provided by S&P Global. What We're Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0-4 years of relevant experience in financial services or a similar field. Strong interest in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and familiarity with the Wall Street Office (WSO) Product Suite, though prior experience is preferred, not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Working nowledge of CLOs and/or WSO is highly desirable. Experience in the high-yield or leveraged loan financial market is a plus. Customer relations or client management experience.
