Role will be supporting Collateralized Loan Obligations Origination and Structuring team. Seeking hard working and driven professional to join team as new Associate. CLO Associate will be responsible for structuring, modeling, and optimizing CLO deal structures. Will participate in closing of CLOs, working with Rating Agencies, CLO managers and investors.

Qualifications:

Junior/mid-level CLO structurerBachelor’s degree3-5years+ applicable experience idealStrong quantitative education &/or experienceIdeally degrees in Business, Finance, Mathematics or similarExperience in XL, VBA, etc.
