**Summary:** Neuberger Berman’s CLO management business is seeking a highly motivated CLO Structuring and Capital Markets Analyst to join our team in New York. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Assist with all aspects of CLO new issue process + Review CLO structural models + Model CLO cashflows in Intex + Interact with investment banks, law firms, and investors + Coordinate drafting and negotiation of CLO documents + Maintain CLO fund cashflow models + Assist in CLO fund portfolio management + Assist in preparation of investor presentations and marketing materials + Coordinate investor requests and reporting + Follow relevant CLO market developments and research **Experience and Skills Qualifications:** + Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience + Experience in the CLO market preferred + Strong quantitative and modeling skills + Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint + Proficiency with Intex is favorable + Proficient written and verbal communication skills + Candidate must be hard-working and proactive + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, market-facing environment + Must obtain Series 7 & 66 licenses within 6 months of employment Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $85,000-$115,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
