What You Will Achieve

Your organisational skills will help us integrate our continuous improvement program within ClopineCENTRAL (software as a medical device (SaMD) platform) both vertically and horizontally. Involvement vertically means working up and down the internal structure. This involves aligning goals and continuous improvement areas from the local Clopine cross-functional team. For cross-functional team colleagues, this will ensure that strategic objectives are effectively communicated and implemented. Involvement horizontally means partnering with various stakeholders and business units within the cross-functional team. This involves collaboration and coordination between various functions, such as but not limited to Digital, Legal, Medical Affairs, Clopine Services Team, Commercial, Drug Safety, Medical Information, and Regulatory Affairs. As ClopineCENTRAL Program Manager, you will support the program by taking care of program delivery, project governance, and continuous improvement within ClopineCENTRAL (SaMD platform). Your knowledge and skills will contribute to the goals and objectives of the team. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

Contribute to the completion of moderately complex ClopineCENTRAL projects.Work with the cross-functional team to ensure continuous improvement against the ClopineCENTRAL SaMD Platform, to deliver operational excellence.Deliver against the ClopineCENTRAL current planned improvement plan.Address the backlog of ClopineCENTRAL, assist with prioritization, and drive a strategic path forward to a steady operational state.Inspire a culture of continuous improvement by partnering effectively with personnel involved in the investigation process.Lead the Clopine POD to drive efficiency and cross-functional team alignment.Work with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
 

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Project Management experience. The ability to work across a diverse cross-functional team, consisting of but not limited to Digital, Medical, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, above-market regulatory, Medical Information, Drug Safety, and the Clopine Services Team.Understanding of how to work effectively with in-market and above-market colleagues through the change process required to be successful in this position. Bachelor's Degree and Business Analyst skills.Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).Knowledge of SaMD (Software as a Medical Device).Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities.

Nice-to-Have:

Master's degree.Relevant pharmaceutical experience.Lean exposure and capability.Knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and Medicines New Zealand Code of Practice.
