Responsibilities

• Review the current AWS based eGain Cloud environment in conjunction with eGain business needs

• Recommend improvement areas based on AWS and modern SaaS best practices.

• Guide the execution of these improvements.

Education and Experience

• Hands-on experience in architecting, building and operating AWS based SaaS solutions for modern technology startups in the San Francisco Bay Area in the past 5 years.
