Track record of leading and delivering large, complex, multi-national and multi-million-dollar Oracle ERP Cloud Financials programs Expert at building deep trust and influencing at the C-level for enterprise organizations Experience in developing senior leaders, plus oversight and influence on large teams Confidence collaborating and navigating a highly matrixed environment Demonstrates continuous improvement through career growth, learning and thought leadership on the latest solution, industry trends and / or tech innovations Deep dedication to developing new career opportunities for team
