Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our growing team for the summer as part of our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
As a Cloud Data & Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of data analytics, product intelligence, and business reporting. You will work closely with our data and product teams, utilizing tools like Power BI and Gainsight to drive data-driven decisions and insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and data analysis to support key business decisionsWork with product teams to generate actionable insights using data intelligenceCreate and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize product and business performanceHelp manage Product performance insights via Gainsight, including tracking Product health scores and adoption metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify and analyze trends in credit consumption data, product usage, and overall business performanceProvide recommendations based on data analysis to improve product offerings, upsell and cross sell to existing customersSupport ongoing ad-hoc reporting needs and contribute to special projects as neededKey Skills & Requirements:
