Job Title: Senior Cloud Data Architect
Location: Remote
Type: Permanent



About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join an established, global Microsoft partner. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and optimising the data architecture to support business goals. Working closely with various teams, you'll ensure data systems are scalable, efficient, and secure.



Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement data architecture solutions using the Microsoft stack, including MS Fabric and Azure Cloud Platforms.
* Develop data models and frameworks to support business needs.
* Lead the implementation of solutions technically.
* Technically support developers/engineers during implementation.
* Work with cross-functional teams to align data systems with business objectives.
* Oversee data flow, storage, and integration across systems.
* Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

* 10+ years experience as a Data Architect/ 5+ years as a senior data engineer & 3 years as an architect.
* Must have hands on experience implementing the Microsoft stack, SSIS, SQL, ETL processes, cloud based platforms and database management.
* Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
