Job Description
What you'll do:
• Technical – Experience Designing, Developing, Deploying, and/or Migrating to Cloud environments
• Work with different clients and service providers across the enterprise; enterprise security and infrastructure teams in determining the integration design patterns
• Ensure standardization of systems implementation, support techniques, and adherence to formal processes, best practices, and total quality practices in all activities
• Provide appropriate reporting and documentation to aid the understanding of the overall system and identify risks and potential problems
• Development, administration, & support of API management solutions
• Cloud Platform Innovation & Cost Optimization ( AZURE | AWS | IBM)
• Participate in the cloud governance workgroup to develop and maintain the standards for toolsets within Azure / AWS or other relevant cloud environments
• Develop and implement best practices for service management, change processes, monitoring, and cost management that optimizes the existing infrastructure and eliminates redundant applications and tools
• Ensure customer needs (product strategy objectives, user requirements, and technical environment compatibility) are met
• Partner with Platform and Product teams to ensure collectively we’re building secure solutions leveraging modern software and infrastructure practices
• Drive innovation by automating infrastructure
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Work experience in infrastructure engineering or security engineering experience
• Work experience in distributed cloud computing
• Keeps up with industry trends in security technology
• A critical eye for correct code
• Proficiency in testing your software
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
• Proficiency with AWS and/or Azure
• Hardening experience would be a plus
• Strong Hands-On on Automation Concepts
• Azure and/or AWS Certification
• Certification in FinOPS
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
