Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimizing, operating, and maintaining phases.

Subfamily Description

The scope of Cloud Systems Integration includes the deployment, configuration, integration and customization of Nokia Cloud solutions (NCP) and 3rd party Cloud platforms to meet customer requirements. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into implementation models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description. Development of configuration templates and artifacts to deploy Cloud components including the Hub and Work-Load Clusters. Leverage Nokia NCOM automation to drive efficiencies. Covers customer specific Cloud solution and platform design, configuration, implementation, testing and verification of platform, software, and systems including maintenance support.

Knowledge & Experience
Strong Experience of Cloud discipline combining knowledge of theory and ‘hands on’ experience. Has excellent track record and understanding of Nokia CNS Cloud Blueprint architecture (NCP). Experience and expertise in more than one Cloud area – NCP, OCP, AWS with strong IP networking background. Typically requires 5 – 7 years extensive relevant experience and a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree. Hands on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Automation technologies and has previously worked as an ‘hands on’ integrator troubleshooting complex problems in Cloud deliveries.

Contributes to implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents.

Knows principles of the Systems Integration (SI) delivery processExperienced Cloud engineer who can independently deploy, configure, integrate and test Nokia Cloud Platform (NCP) on customer systems.Contribute to HLD, LLD and leverage Nokia ngNCOM to drive automation efficiencies.Fluent, Hands-On engineer deeply proficient with Linux Systems, Kubernetes Orchestration, Docker and Container management Technology.  Have previous experience in delivering infrastructures that supporting Telcom Networks.Review and contribute to customer specific cloud architecture (NCP, OCP, AWS, etc..) and high-level solution design (HLD) and LLD (Low level design). Work in close partnership with Cloud Domain Architect.Review and contribute to the LLD (Low Level Design) in close partnership with Network planning / design team and Customer.
