Cloud Interconnect Analyst

The Cloud Interconnect Analyst will have a technical knowledge in e-invoicing (EDI), with a focus on interoperability and integration. This role involves managing and maintaining our e-invoicing interoperability, resolving technical issues, delivery and ensuring seamless data exchange with our trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Interoperability Support: 
o    Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
o    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to e-invoicing interoperability processes, including data mapping, message formats, and connectivity.
o    Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
•    System Maintenance and Optimization: 
o    Identify and implement improvements to enhance interoperability efficiency and reliability.
o    Perform regular maintenance tasks, including format updates, communication changes.
•    Endpoint Configuration and Management: 
o    Configure and maintain e-invoicing endpoints, including mapping rules, external registries, and connectivity settings.
o    Monitor endpoint performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
•    Partner Relations: 
o    Collaborate with external trading partners to ensure seamless data exchange.
o    Resolve interoperability issues and coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions.
o    Maintain strong relationships with trading partners and service providers.
•    Documentation and Knowledge Management: 
o    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for e-invoicing interoperability processes.
o    Create knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist stakeholders.
o    Monitor operational changes within scope of interoperation both internal and external
•    Reporting and Analytics: 
o    Generate regular reports on interoperability usage and performance.
o    Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
o    Provide insights to management on the overall health of the e-invoicing interoperability.
•    eBiller Implementation: 
o    Administer the technical delivery of eBiller connections in collaboration with other departments, such as Customer Success Management and Mapping.
