**About the Role:**
Cloud Ops Engineer administers and/or engineers server solutions or applications in support of Umpqua Bank initiatives. Provide high level customer service to bank associates. Assist or advise other TAG teams on technical issues.
+ Responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining systems at Umpqua Bank. This position is responsible for installing/configuring/maintaining systems, servers, client-based solutions, storage and applications.
+ Advanced knowledge of Server Operating Systems, Infrastructure systems, Enterprise application, Cloud Infrastructure.
+ Researching, analyzing, recommending, and implementing solutions within their scope and enhancements. Requires the ability to systematically isolate technical issues and provide outstanding technical support to our clients.
+ Sharing rotation of on-call duties after hours and weekends to respond to emergency outages.
+ Preparing system solution designs, implementing complex enterprise-class systems and applications, analyzing the performance of infrastructure to assist with capacity planning, and performing system upgrades and monitoring the health of all systems, infrastructure, and applications.
**About** **You:**
+ HS Diploma or GED required.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in computer science orequivalent preferred.
+ 7-10 years’ experiencein system or network engineering in a mid-size company with a proven track record of success preferred.
+ Strong coordination, organization, troubleshooting and communication abilities required.
+ Proven experience with building and maintaining systems and infrastructure.
+ Advanced knowledge of and experience with core infrastructure technologies.
+ Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
+ Experience with enterprise-class storage systems.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of trends in technology in multiple areas.
+ Positive attitude.
+ Proven ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
+ Very strong customer service orientation.
+ Experience developing architecture documentation/Roadmaps.
**Workstyle:** Fully onsite.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits. Thepayrange for this role is $77,767.00 to $111,094.44, and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
