As a Technology Product Manager within our Runtime Engineering Product organization, you'll be part of the team providing the framework and technology to enable Chase Product Teams to move to the Public Cloud quickly and easily with confidence while removing the complexity of underlying systems and the need for deep infrastructure expertise. You will partner with the Area Product Owners to provide the strategic vision and roadmap while acting as the voice of the customer. You are, or will be, a domain expert in the product with the ability to synthesize trends, stakeholder needs, and strategic goals into a roadmap. You will use intent-based leadership to empower high performing, self-directed teams to deliver effectively while leveraging data and metrics to assess product performance against business objectives.
  Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Previous experience driving large complex migrations to AWS from on-prem solutions 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field.
