Detailed Job Description:

Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to analyze requirements to deliver solutions to complex issues.  Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality and performance of applications.  Delivery focused individual contributor that is a part of a highly technical Agile team.  Train, coach and support the broader Batch product suite across the organization.  Develops and deploys new products and features for the Batch systems.  Create tools and services enabling end-user productivity and system integrations.  Optimizes our environment strategy; ensures resiliency and builds out innovative solutions across data centers.  Experience with project management tools (e.g. Rally, Confluence, Clarity).  Experience with Cloud Technology transformation projects.  Agile and SAFe certification is a plus.  Define and develop the overall scope and activities with team members. Estimate effort, resource requirements, and completion dates.  Create project schedules and secures required resources and resolves conflicts. In a matrixed organization, coordinate and support the activities of project sponsors, business and technical resources, external partners, and external service providers to achieve project goals on time and on budget.
