Strong technical experience Seasoned experience with public cloud migration &/or deployments.  If all the resource has done is on-prem(private) deployments, that isn’t going enough experience.  Strategic and thought leader that can collaborate with Architecture & Security to enable our cloud infrastructure services They need to be able to drive the execution of cloud projects to completion
