Cloud Security/Cyber Analyst

ManTech is seeking a Cloud Security/Cyber Analyst to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support and maintain on-premises cloud services (i.e., cloud tenant and hosting environments), including monitoring cloud services for optimized provisioning and on-site wargame execution within the MCEN-N, MCEN-S and SCINET enclavesDesign, deploy and maintain new cloud environmentsSecure and manage data flow and storageBuild, implement and maintain solutions in support of data analyticsResearch and design solutions for business challenges using cloud solutionsPerform configuration management, continuity of operations and disaster recovery of cloud services and dataProvide technical expertise and guidance on cloud systems and applicationsOther Duties as Required

Minimum Qualifications:

This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a SAP Clearance and may require a CI PolyCurrent DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years’ experience.  A total of 8 years’ experience without degreeHands-on cloud architect/SME capable of entire lifecycle transition to cloud technologyMust be capable of performing analysis of current business processes/services provided and recommend courses of action for industry standard reliability enhancements and performance increasesKnowledge of available cloud services to make informed decisions on SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, and Self-Hosted, or hybrid approachRecommend best practice approach of transition to cloud technologies or hybrid approachDevelop transition plan that keeps current stakeholders informed during the processDesign, Implement, and Automate environment creation if applicableDocument procedures, plans, testing, diagrams, maintenance, training, SLAs/OLAsMust be capable of training peers with administration/migration processesMust be capable of training customers of new processes/procedures resulting from cloud transitionFamiliar with implementing High Availability (HA) architecture, maximizing service uptimeMust be familiar with environment auto scaling and load balancingMust be familiar with DoD Cyber processes to include STIGsMust be familiar with transition of multiple OS technologies to include Windows and Linux servers and workstationsMust be familiar with backup and recovery/DR solutions and processes and recommend as requiredExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with Marine Corps processes, procedures, and interoperability requirementsFamiliar with similar transitions and can inform lessons learned as neededDepartment of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) development may be necessaryFamiliar with C2S, S-C2S, AWS, Azure\MSO365 and Marine Corps Private Cloud technologies and dependenciesFamiliarity with the MCISRE, Blueprint services, and DCI Campaign PlanFamiliar with ESRI Enterprise service architectures and geodatabase systems, specifically ArcGIS PortalFamiliarity with FEDRAMP, NIST, RMF, and other process standardsExperience with manual and automated security administration, remediation, and hardeningExperience implementing and supporting enterprise system monitoring toolsMS Active Directory administration to include, but not limited to, Group Policy, Account Management, and Domain ControllersAmazon Web Services Cloud certification

Clearance Requirements:

This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
