Cloud Software Engineer Sourcer
Minimum qualifications: + 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field. + 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team. Preferred qualifications: + 2 years of experience in technical recruiting. + Experience leading projects and working in a fast-paced, complex organization. + Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. + Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail. The Google Cloud Tech Sourcing team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sourcer to join the team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in identifying and attracting the representative talent essential to drive the future of Google Cloud. Your work will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Software Engineering (SWE) team, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas. As a Sourcer, you’ll be responsible for proactively finding and engaging with exceptional applicants for a variety of SWE roles. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted sourcing strategies to build a representative talent pool, helping us build diverse and high-performing teams. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Build applicant trust to uncover and anticipate issues, advocate for the applicant to create an excellent experience and maintain a positive reputation for Google staffing with minimal guidance. + Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to common DEI objectives. + Partner with recruiting teams and client to address talent acquisition needs across clients and/or profiles. + Support pipeline management and pipeline strategy development, anticipating and identifying talent needs to align to business goals, and developing solutions to defined problems.
