Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Englewood, CO. Responsibilities: * Produce architecture blueprints that guide the development and implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple products, providing direction to technical teams during project delivery and ensuring implementations support technology and product roadmaps * Cloud Solutions Architect provides their expertise in the development and maintenance of architecture standards and solutions that align with strategic goals and partner with product managers, business analysts, designers, and software engineers to navigate solution decisions * Responsible for creating solutions and presenting compelling recommendations to customers * Define operational procedures and practices * Define KPIs and set up appropriate health-checks, monitoring and escalation procedures * Accelerate development for roadmap features, to address specific customer requirements * Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures * Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the knowledge base, blogs, and brown bag lunches * Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base; Mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions * Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for platform enhancements * Update our processes and design new processes as needed * Test our system integrity, implemented designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed * Offer technical support where needed, developing software for our back-end systems
