As a Cloud Architect in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the development of a Cloud Center of Excellence (COE) environment leveraging AWS technologies.You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its security, scalability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, architecture principles, and best practices, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. This position will report to the Cloud Operations Manager but will work with DevOPS and other Greenway Health departments to promote higher uptimes, better user experience, and develop future improvements to the overall cloud environment.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoots and resolves AWS service issues across development, testing, and production environments. Manages AWS services, working with internal service groups as required to ensure system availability meets project requirements. Develops scripts to automate systems administration and monitoring activities. Analyzes monitoring results to produce recommendations for improving system performance and operational efficiency. Works with Infrastructure Engineer and Architect on issues related to AWS design and architecture and assists with Proof of Concept development and testing. Collaborates with peers within and beyond the Operations team to define and characterize complex technology or process problems and develop & implement new solutions. Assists with the development of Operations white papers, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
