Cloud Solutions Architect

Responsabilidades Generales

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, implementing and deploying solutions in the cloud that meet business requirements. This role will work with the development teams' implementations of the cloud and:
• Migrate monolithic applications to micro services architectures
• Construct and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Provide advise and guidance on implementing cloud best practices
• Collaborate in project planning
• Meets with technical personnel on specifics of projects, new technologies, and deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with new cloud services
• Monitor, support and maintain cloud solutions
• Provide 2nd level support to different applications processing, correcting errors, and - identifying easy and medium complexity processing errors.

The physical requirements of the position include sedentary work that requires lift, carry, pull, push 1 to 10 pounds occasionally, sitting frequently and walk and stand up occasionally. 

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences or related area from a four-year college or university.

One (1) year experience with AWS and Azure cloud implementations and/or equivalent certifications (Associate or professional/Expert level).

Five plus (5+) years of experience with software development. 

Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas

• Having extensive knowledge of the phases of the development cycle and communicate status of their tasks, conflicts and resolutions efficiently.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum Methodology.
• Knowledge in programming and scripting languages.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 5pm

Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar horario extendido, fines de semana y/o feriados y disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
