Currently we are looking for a Cloud Specialist 1 (ITSM / CMDB Analyst)

 

What you will be doing

 

Perform ITSM and CMDB solution administrationRespond to requests for add, modify, or remove of Service Requests, Incidents, Problem or Change

 

What will make you successful Experience with ITIL and ITSM process methodologiesHas working knowledge of ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, and Service RequestHas working knowledge of CMDBExperience with ITSM platform like ServiceNow, Cherwell, ManageEngineITIL v3 Foundations Certification requiredITIL v3 Service Operations Certification (Intermediate level) preferredTechnical understanding of a variety of OS and technologies (ex: Windows, Unix, virtualization, cloud computing, database technologies, networks and back-end infrastructure)Strong communication skills and meeting presence with ability to translate technical terms into business impactCreating training and knowledge documentationTraining users on implemented processes and modules

 

CERTIFICATIONS

ITIL Foundation v3 or equivalent needed
