Cloud Support Specialist
Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cloud Support Specialist to join our growing Cloud Operations team. In this role, you will assist in providing technical support for our cloud infrastructure and help customers resolve cloud-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Key Responsibilities:  Production Support: Respond to and resolve basic cloud support tickets and customer inquiries. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and availability. Assist in troubleshooting cloud service issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Involvement in on-call rotation for critical systems support and scheduled maintenance windows. Participation in routine maintenance tasks and backup operations. Monitor system alerts and respond to potential issues.  Policies & Procedures Management: Support basic cloud security protocols and compliance requirements. Collaborate with senior team members on larger projects and implementations. Follow change management procedures. Implement standard operating procedures. Maintain security and access control protocols.  Documentation Management: Maintain documentation for cloud services and support procedures. Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles. Document incident resolutions and troubleshooting steps. Create and update user guides. Maintain system configuration documentation.
