CloudOps Team Lead
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a CloudOps Team Lead for one of our customers in the MedTech industry.  Completion of IRIS (client's ServiceNow) Change Requests, Service Requests, and Incidents in a timely manner, adherent to SLAs.  Monitoring of Environments  Actions determined by Alerts (and Azure Service Health notices).  Escalating to Dev team when L2+ needed  Defender for Cloud and Sentinel Incident Investigations (L1 activity)  Working on IAM requests for the manual provisioning and creating the users and assignment of necessary permission.  IAM+IDMS unsubscribe of the users and revoking of access requests from JJEDS.  Providing the OKTA access and required roles through Bruno App (API tool similar to Postman)  Rotation of SPN secrets and updating in the key vault. Including updating Jenkins pipelines secret value.  Ensuring the process comply with our regulatory requirements and organizational policies by working on the compliance tasks.  Creation KB process involves technical and procedural documentation.  Improving the efficiency to reduce the manual intervention through the desired workflows.  Ensuring the support incident management and engaging the support calls actively and maintaining the summary reports.  Document changes, configurations and generating the performance metrices.  Best sourced through Jira as custom work (compliance gathering, automation effort, etc.) is not recorded in IRIS.
