What will you do? Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors. Must be able to communicate with guests, have a friendly disposition Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables when needed. Keep food beverage area well stocked and clean. Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments. Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information including service, food and beverage, and guest notes. More about you Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed. Excellent communication skills. Physical requirements Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks Shift details
