Club Concessions Manager - Huntington Bank Field
**Job Description** Aramark is currently seeking a Club Concessions Manager to support the Huntington Bank Field, home of the Cleveland Browns! The Club Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing premium/club-level concessions stand operations to support all events at the stadium. Additional information below or click here (https://careers.aramark.com/benefits-compensation/) to learn more. **Job Responsibilities** + Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure that the concessions operation is fully staffed and that employees are trained in all aspects of the operation + Ensure that all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectations + Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all products + Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events + Oversee day-to-day club-level concessions operations. Additionally assist the catering team on non-game days and as needed to oversee premium special events + Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners + Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport + Develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability of the club concessions operation + Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting + Develop and implement policies and procedures for the concessions operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measures + Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol service At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. **Qualifications** + Bachelor?s degree preferred _or_ at least 3 years of related experience required + Previous experience in a supervisor or manager level role in special events, hospitality, or catering required + Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships required + Must have excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills + Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic + Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required + Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time + Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours \#FS-400 **Education** **About Aramark** **About Aramark** We are a leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services to education, healthcare, business & government, and sports & leisure.
