Overview Assist Club guests with arrival and departure, while providing positive guests experiences. Responsibilities + Welcome guests to the Health Club and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience + Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service + Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas; ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly, re-racked properly and used according to the guidelines of the facility + Ensure guest members are aware of all programs and fitness classes available + Instruct guests in use of equipment and provide basic fitness information + Maintain attendance records and ensure all guests have registered in the facility + Assist in promoting the facility and organize special events as required + Stock locker room with appropriate amenities such as towels and robes. + Empty carts of soiled linen and trash. + Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. + Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean. + Ensure guests have been given items that will enhance their experience. + Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. + Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
